Event Ticket Refund Policy
We know plans can change, and we want to make things as easy as possible.
90 days or more before the event: You’ll receive a full refund.
60–89 days before the event: You’ll receive a 50% refund.
Within 60 days of the event: We’re not able to offer refunds at this point, as final preparations are already underway.
If something comes up and you can’t make it, you’re welcome to transfer your ticket to another person at no extra cost—just let us know at least 7 days before the event. Please note: all financial arrangements for any transfer are strictly between the two parties, we do not handle payments.
